Hi! I'm 28 yrs old, i'm not completly bold but I can see that my hair is going slowly slowly. I'm trying at the moment the hair product calls schwarskpohf active m(if I spell right) but it doesn't seem it 's working after using 2 months, in fact my hair is gone thiner.. 2.) Don't use shampoo with sulfates. Sulfates are very harsh on the hair and scalp and daily use isn't really doing you any good. If you don't put any products in your hair, like gel, then you probably don't even need to shampoo every time you shower. If you sweat a lot or get oily hair very easy, then consider switching to a sulfate free shampoo, or only washing your hair with conditioner. Also, rotate your shampoos. using the same one all the time can cause build up.
3.) Drink lots of water and take a daily multivitamin for men. This will just make sure your properly hydrated and your getting all your needed nutiants and minerals you might be missing in your diet. Also, try to limit your intake of over processed foods with too many preservativs and food dyes. They just litter your body with toxins. Instead eat more fruits and vegetables or nuts.

My husband started losing his hair around 15 years old. He is now 23 and it has really gotten bad. He seen on a commercial that their is a product that he could use once every 90 days. He didn't have time to look at the products name. Does anyone know what product this is? Does anyone reccomend a product to help his hair grow back?

check out why you are losing your hair. it could be diabetes or another medical condition. if not increase your vitamin intake. prenatals are good, chronium is good too, vitamins b and e also.

Should I Look Into Hair Loss Products? Help?
Im a 20 yr old male , my dad had a good set of hair late in his years, and in march/april i had a good set of healthy hair but since then my hair has been thinning and i went through a rough shed in july-ish and dont know what to do. I recently got into a good workout regime for boxing and im quite unsure what to do.
I went to a Derm and he said that im going through a seasonal shed and not to worry about it so much...

anyway as we know - hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections, hormonal problems, to mention a few.
year ago my husband suffered very much from dandruff and hair loss too and he started trying everything you can imagine to stop his hair loss. the things that really worked for him was:
1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice (you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also he used herbal treatment - TrichoZed (do not use Rogaine - it will not work!)
It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and contains Biotin and the clinically tested ingredients approved by the FDA to help re-grow your hair.! I think it is very important!
