Hi! I'm 28 yrs old, i'm not completly bold but I can see that my hair is going slowly slowly. I'm trying at the moment the hair product calls schwarskpohf active m(if I spell right) but it doesn't seem it 's working after using 2 months, in fact my hair is gone thiner.. Over the course of the years ive died my hair all the time. I dyed my hair black last year (and regret it) and since then ive been trying to get it out. If you don't put any products in your hair, like gel, then you probably don't even need to shampoo every time you shower. If you sweat a lot or get oily hair very easy, then consider switching to a sulfate free shampoo, or only washing your hair with conditioner. Also, rotate your shampoos. using the same one all the time can cause build up.
3.) Drink lots of water and take a daily multivitamin for men. This will just make sure your properly hydrated and your getting all your needed nutiants and minerals you might be missing in your diet. Also, try to limit your intake of over processed foods with too many preservativs and food dyes. They just litter your body with toxins. Instead eat more fruits and vegetables or nuts.

My husband started losing his hair around 15 years old. He is now 23 and it has really gotten bad. He seen on a commercial that their is a product that he could use once every 90 days. He didn't have time to look at the products name. Does anyone know what product this is? Does anyone reccomend a product to help his hair grow back?

check out why you are losing your hair. it could be diabetes or another medical condition. if not increase your vitamin intake. prenatals are good, chronium is good too, vitamins b and e also.

Im a 20 yr old male , my dad had a good set of hair late in his years, and in march/april i had a good set of healthy hair but since then my hair has been thinning and i went through a rough shed in july-ish and dont know what to do. My hair grows at a terrific rate, however, during the time I wasn't taking the supplements my hair didn't grow. It might be worth a try, if you are tired something may be lacking in your diet. Generally hair loss is genetic however, thyroid problems can cause tiredness and hair loss.

Keep my hair is affiliated with these companies and every time you buy a product through this site they get paid a percentage of the sale. So obviously they will write good about these products. All the products mentioned on keepmyhair offer a major percentage of sale to their affiliates. In some cases as high as 50%. You can verify this by going to the respective sites and finding the affiliate pages usually towards the bottom of the website. (you dont have to be an affiliate to find the commissions these companies are paying to promote their useless products)
